If the expected answer was “everyone”, then no, that's not quite the case. We specialize in creating individual solutions tailored to the industry, specifics and individual character of our clients. If price is the only selection criteria, you will probably find better offers on the market. We want to offer our Clients what is well understood by Agencies (we constantly cooperate with over a dozen recognized brands), individual solutions which will distinguish the brand and company on the highly competitive market. If you can fit your organization into existing solutions - we may not be the right choice. On the other hand, if the tool has to fit you - it is worth getting in touch with us. This applies to both marketing and operational solutions. Our experience shows that ready-made solutions are not always the best, e.g. in the area of employee applications, Team engagement, Customers or simply users. The most important is the goal, the effect you want to achieve. If your goal is to increase sales, customer loyalty or to inform the market about a new offer - contests (receipts, photos, sweepstakes, etc.) may be the right tool. If you want users to create the content for your brand or product (the so-called UGC, user-generated content), a good idea is to organize a contest, challenge or game with elements of content build up. If you want to engage employees - a good reporting system, perhaps linked to prizes or gamification elements, will be the right direction. The most important thing is to have a clear understanding of set goals. Why are we doing this? What do we want to achieve? If the goals are known and well understood by the Team consisting of representatives of the Client and us, we can plan the project. We apply Agile principles and systems supporting the management of remote, dispersed teams. On the formal side, both on our side and on the Customer's side, we appoint people responsible for the project, who have the power to make decisions and solve any problems that may occur on the way. Once the plan is approved (and the contract signed), we get to work. We keep our clients informed and involved on an ongoing basis, as we believe this avoids misunderstandings and allows us to shorten the implementation cycles. The stages of the project depend on the agreed scope, while on a high level of generality, each project consists of: setting goals, creative part (concept), information architecture, mock-up, design, implementation, maintenance and further development. The duration of each stage can vary significantly, e.g. if we receive a finished project from you, the creative part will be significantly shorter.

You have to fit the solution to your organization or it won't work! Unless you prefer to fit your organization to the solution? Perhaps in some cases this makes sense, in most we do not recommend such practice. Customized solutions is what distinguishes us on the market. We assume that the customer does not want a ready-made solution, but something that will meet their specific requirements and expectations. If it is a marketing project - we work on individual projects and not on templates (the project can be delivered by the Agency or developed by us). If it's an operational project - we assume a full adjustment of rules to the existing procedures in the organization and adjusting the visual identity to ensure its coherence.

It depends on the scope and type of the project, but we decided to be as specific as possible in this section: <ul> <li>If, which applies mainly to Agencies, you provide us with package consisting design and rules - the average lead time is between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on its complexity</li> <li>If we customize a turnkey proposal for you - the implementation may take between 2 and 4 weeks</li> <li>If you have decided that we will carry out the project comprehensively - the time span can be from 1 to 3 months</li></ul> These are of course very general data. We do not know :). Because we create individual solutions, we also calculate costs based on the provided brief or a description of our Clients' expectations. Usually after the first meeting we are able to estimate approximate costs of cooperation. What we know for sure: the costs will be higher than in the case of off-the-shelf solutions but much lower than the costs of choosing a solution that does not meet your expectations and trying to implement it “by force”.
