- Data retention: Information is stored for one year following the finalization of our response to ensure operational continuity and support history.
- Security & transfers: Your data is processed only by authorized JohnCube staff and trusted infrastructure partners. We do not sell or trade your data to third-party marketing entities.
Data architecture (What we collect)
- Contact & professional data: Full name, agency role, professional email, and phone number.
- Project intelligence: Information regarding project scope, launch dates, and technical requirements provided in your brief.
- Technical footprint: IP addresses and device data collected via cookies for security and performance monitoring.
The "Silent Partner" protocol (Who processes your data)
We do not share your data with third parties for their own commercial use. Access is restricted to:
- Authorized JohnCube Engineers: Only those necessary for your project analysis.
- Infrastructure Partners: Trusted providers (e.g., hosting, CRM) required for our operational excellence, all under strict non-disclosure and data processing agreements.
- Legal Authorities: Only when mandated by European Union law.
Global Data Sovereignty
Viramity processes data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Any future transfers outside the EEA will only occur under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data remains under the protection of EU law.
Your rights as a Partner
Under GDPR, you maintain absolute control over your information:
- Right to access & rectify: Request a copy of your data or update incorrect info.
- Right to erasure (The right to be forgotten): Request full deletion of your professional profile from our system.
