The Brief (Challenge)

The organizer, WC Tron, required a technology partner to coordinate a large-scale social and educational campaign across Poland. The challenge was to build a central hub catering to two distinct segments (kindergartens and primary school grades 6–8), manage a high-stakes contest for bathroom renovations, and integrate a knowledge "Olympiad" with automated teacher certification. The primary goal was to ensure seamless processing of mass entries and implement a social voting mechanism.

Solution

We deployed the Viramity engine as a comprehensive social activation management system, utilizing its core functional modules:

  • Multi-segment Entry Hub: Created dedicated registration paths for kindergartens and schools to precisely collect contest documentation and visual materials (UGC).

  • Enterprise Database Management: Scalable management of data for over 1,000 kindergartens and 850 primary school classes within a single, secure system.
