The Brief (Challenge)

This project was a pure "Rescue Mission." The previous contractor abandoned the work shortly before Black Friday, leaving the brand without a system to handle a strategic nationwide cashback campaign. The challenge was not only to take over the project but to implement a sophisticated Review-to-Reward mechanism fully integrated with the ecosystem of the largest retail chains in Poland.

Viramity in Action (The Solution)

We leveraged the modular architecture of the Viramity engine to deploy a robust entry verification mechanism in record time:

  • Infrastructure: Deployed two independent, mobile-first Landing Pages integrated with a "Virtual Warehouse" (in this case, the returns budget management module).
  • Retail Ecosystem Integrations: Seamlessly integrated the system with the platforms of key players in the Polish market. This allowed for a fluid flow of purchase data and verification of reviews directly on the product pages of these retailers.
  • Review-to-Reward Mechanics: Implemented a two-stage verification process. Users purchase a product and leave a review (min. 125 characters) on the partner's store. Our system then automatically processes the entry, verifying the EAN, proof of purchase, and the review screenshot.
  • Automation & Security: Deployed an automated payout mechanism ensuring transfers within 10 business days of positive verification with minimal involvement from the client’s staff. Simultaneously, we secured the system against budget overruns and fraud attempts (including duplicate entries and product returns).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Integrated a comprehensive reporting module. Automated cyclic reports on campaign progress and budget flow eliminated the need for manual summaries and frequent system logins.
